Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to arrive in Israel for a high-stakes meeting to negotiate a cease-fire deal. This time the pressure is high on all sides, as Iran and Hezbollah are vowing to retaliate against Israel for assassinations last month that killed two of their top level officials. NBC’s Matt Bradley reports for TODAY.
