House Republicans on Tuesday narrowly passed a spending bill just days before the deadline of a government shutdown. The bill now goes to the Senate where it will need support from Democrats in order for it to pass. If the stopgap bill goes through, it will fund the federal government through September. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
