In a reversal of the claims made by acting U.S. Attorney General Lindsey Halligan only one day prior, the Justice Department now says that the full grand jury reviewed the James Comey indictment. Halligan, who presented the case by herself to the grand jury on Sept. 25, testified that when jurors voted to indict the former FBI director on two of the three counts submitted in the original indictment, a final revised document showing the two counts Comey was charged with wasn’t reviewed by the full grand jury.
